This section allows exhibitors, stand builders and transporters to get passes for setting up and dismantling at CERSAIE:
From 05/09 to 19/09 and from 26/09 to 29/09 from 07.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.,
on 20/09 from 09.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and on 30/09 from 07.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Vehicles will be allowed to stay inside the fairgrounds for a limited period of time. This service is subject to the payment of a security deposit as explained below.

For time slots from 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. and from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. each company can book access to the Exhibition Centre for a maximum of 3 trucks and 2 vans with max. 3 seats, per slot per day.
If the exit occurs within the scheduled time, the amount held on the credit card will be automatically released and will be available within 5 (five) days from the exit date.
